Terms of use for the Hossa AI app.
1. Acceptance
By using the Hossa AI app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
The app currently does not charge fees beyond any in-store purchases (if applicable).
4. User content
The user does not create or publish their own content in the application.
5. Disclaimers
- The material is informational and educational in nature and DOES NOT constitute an investment recommendation or investment advice (Art. 76 of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments; MAR Regulation Art. 20).
- Hossa Score and the presented analyses are not financial advice; investment decisions are made by the user independently and at their own risk.
- Data may be incomplete or delayed; we do not guarantee its accuracy or timeliness. Investing involves the risk of loss of capital.
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
The application presents only qualitative assessments and data; it does not enable entering into transactions or orders.
