Terms of use for the NCLEX Coach app.
1. Acceptance
By downloading and using NCLEX Coach you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Nature of the tool (important)
NCLEX Coach is a study tool for education. It is not medical, clinical, or legal advice and is no substitute for professional judgment. In-app results (including the "readiness estimate") are not a prediction of your actual NCLEX-RN exam result.
3. No affiliation with NCSBN
"NCLEX" and "NCLEX-RN" are trademarks of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing, Inc. (NCSBN). NCSBN does not sponsor or endorse this app and is not affiliated with it. This is an independent product.
4. Purchase
Full access is a one-time purchase (no subscription, no auto-renewal), handled by App Store / Google Play. Refunds follow the relevant store's policy. "Restore purchase" re-enables access on a new device with the same store account.
5. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We take care with content accuracy (multi-step verification + public-domain sources), but we do not warrant it is error-free. You study at your own discretion.
