Terms of use for the Dobranoc app.
1. Acceptance
By using the Dobranoc app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use of the app. You may not reverse-engineer the source code or use the app unlawfully.
3. Payments and subscriptions
Premium subscription in two plans (monthly and annual), purchased and billed through the App Store / user's Apple ID account. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Management and cancellation take place in the App Store Account Settings. Some content is available for free without a subscription.
4. User content
The user does not create or publish content. All stories, recordings, and graphics belong to Kandyb Studio or are used under appropriate licenses (ambient sounds under the CC0 license).
5. Disclaimers
- The app is solely for relaxation and supporting sleep — it does not constitute medical advice or a medical service
- It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any diseases or sleep disorders
- In case of persistent sleep problems, please consult a doctor
- Content is for entertainment and relaxation purposes
6. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
7. Additional provisions
Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery.
Changes and contact
