Pescatarian Guide
Eat fish confidently and safely — low in mercury, for pescatarians and future parents.
About the app
Pescatarian Guide helps you eat fish smartly: it shows which species are safe (low mercury according to FDA/EPA classification) and which are better to avoid — especially during pregnancy, nursing, and for children. Instead of counting abstract micrograms, it guides you with a simple 'safe fish compass': how many portions of low-mercury fish you can still eat this week and what is safe to choose now.
Inside, you will find a database of 115+ fish and seafood species with mercury ratings and safe alternatives, 114 proven low-mercury recipes (with photos, ingredients, and nutritional values), and nutritional guides with links to reliable sources (NIH, FDA, USDA). You can also log eaten fish and meals to see your safe weekly limit.
All your data (profile, meal diary, favorites, settings) stays exclusively on your device — the app does not require an account or login, and does not send them to any server.
The app is free. The free version shows ads, and a one-time Lifetime purchase (no subscription) turns them off for good.
