I bought Lifetime but still see ads
Go to Settings → Restore purchase. Make sure your phone is signed in to the same Apple or Google account you used to buy it. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, so there is nothing to renew or cancel.
Reporting bugs
Please include your device model, OS version, app version and the steps that lead to the problem. A screenshot, if you can, speeds up the fix a lot.
You can send a technical report from the app: Settings → Diagnostics. It does not include your profile or food log.
