Terms governing the use of Kandyb Studio applications.
1. General provisions
These Terms govern the use of mobile and web applications ("Apps") published by Kandyb Studio ("Studio", "we"), reachable at hello@kandyb-studio.eu.
By using an App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the App.
2. User account
Some Apps may require account creation. The user must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. The Studio is not responsible for consequences of sharing the account with third parties.
Accounts may be deleted at any time following the procedure on the Delete account page.
3. Informational character
The Studio's financial and educational Apps (ThesisEdge, Hossa AI, PFE Coach and others) are informational and educational tools. They do not constitute investment advice within the meaning of MAR EU art. 20 or any equivalent national regulation. The Studio is not a licensed investment firm.
PFE Coach is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the US Air Force or the US Department of Defense.
4. Intellectual property
All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights to the Apps and their content belong to Kandyb Studio or its licensors. Content and code may not be copied, modified or redistributed without written consent.
5. Limitation of liability
The Apps are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or investment decisions made based on data from the Apps.
6. Changes to Terms
The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email with 14 days notice.
