Delete account
How to delete your account and personal data from Kandyb Studio apps.
Option 1 · In-app (recommended)
- Open the app (ThesisEdge / PFE Coach / Dobranoc / Hossa AI).
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap "Delete account" and confirm by typing DELETE.
- Your account, synced data and all related user content will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Option 2 · Email
If you cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account: hello@kandyb-studio.eu
Subject: "Delete account". Include the app name and the email of the account. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days; full removal from backups completes within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Account email and display name.
- All cloud-synced user content (strategies, learning progress, favourites, notes).
- Device tokens, sync settings and connections.
What may be retained
- Anonymous logs and statistics not tied to your identity (up to 12 months).
- Anonymised AI prompts used for model quality evaluation — without user identifier.
- Legally required records (e.g. billing, where applicable) — for the period required by law.
Local-only data
Most of our apps are offline-first. If you never enabled cloud sync, your data (strategies, learning progress, favourites) lives only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes it entirely.
